Dr. Paul Gutt received his doctoral education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and upon graduation entered the US Navy Dental Corps.  Following six years of military service, Dr. Gutt was selected for advance specialty training in endodontics at the University of Michigan. After graduation from the Endodontic Residency program, Dr. Gutt assumed the positions of staff endodontist and instructor at Naval Dental Center, Parris Island, South Carolina.  

A native of Michigan, Dr. Gutt was anxious to return home and decided to pursue a career in private practice.  Dr. Gutt is an avid hunter and fisherman and was excited to have the opportunity to live in the upper peninsula where he and his family could enjoy their outdoor interests.  He and his wife, Susie, have a son, Hunter.

Dr. Gutt is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Superior District Dental Society.  He is also a specialist member of the Michigan Association of Endodontists and the American Association of Endodontists.
